NEW VERSION OF FETALTEST: v 4.1
Fetaltest version 4.1 replaces all previous ones, and is designed for the calculation of risk of chromosomal abnormalities in the first trimester, both the Combined Test, with or without the use of other ultrasound markers (nasal bone and ductus venosus ) or from the exclusive use of ultrasound markers. This new version is more efficient and incorporates population parameters of biochemical and ultrasound markers obtained of the data base of Fetaltest and a novel computational algorithm proposed by Cuckle et al. that allows estimation of individual risk of T 21 and T 18 for each one fetus in twin pregnancies. This new version will open a new database to prospectively evaluate the efficiency of screening. All new users will be added only to this release. Users of earlier versions will require new application for participation in it.
